Biotin is a water-soluble B vitamin, also called vitamin B7 and formerly known as vitamin H or co-enzyme R. Biotin converts food into energy while ensuring that your liver, nervous system, skin, eyes, nails, and hair remain healthy.

Instructions for use:

Use only as directed. Take one tablet up to three times daily, preferably with a meal.
