Usage tips :
Clean and dry the nose thoroughly
Remove the protective film protected by a polyethylene film
Apply the strip to the central part of the nose, pressing with your fingers so that it adheres well to the skin.
To remove the strip, wet it with water and gently remove it by pulling from one side.
For sport: apply 10 minutes before starting your activity to improve support in the event of perspiration.
