Obagi-C Rx System C-Balancing Toner stabilizes skin’s delicate pH levels to reduce excess oil production for a clear, matte complexion. Instructions for use:

• After cleansing with C-Cleansing Gel, apply three to four pumps of the C-Balancing Toner to the entire face.
• Do not rinse off.
