Recommended Daily Dosage:
Children from 3 years old – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) preferably in the morning, after breakfast.
Children at the age of 7 or above – 1 dessert spoon (10 ml), preferably in the morning, after breakfast.
It should not be taken on an empty stomach.
