Description

Cartilage is a flexible and elastic connective tissue found in the joints. Its special mechanical properties allow shock absorption while ensuring proper functioning of the joints. Cartilage is made up of many structural molecules such as type II collagen. Over time, the wear and tear of the cartilage can lead to joint problems and a feeling of discomfort which can hamper your mobility. In some cases, this can be caused by an immune response against its own type II collagen. Numerous studies have shown that native collagen plays an essential role in supporting joints2-6.

After detecting the intact structure of collagen in the intestine, immune cells located in the “Peyer’s patches7-9” can migrate to the joints and are able to attenuate the attack of the immune system on the collagen present in the cartilage10 . This process of desensitization is also called oral tolerance10. The type II collagen present in NC2 is obtained thanks to a unique low temperature process which allows to preserve its original structure essential to its effectiveness.

Instructions for use:

1 capsule per day to be taken with a glass of water.
