Instructions for use:

-Internal: Take a maximum of 2 drops 3 times a day on a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil or 1/4 of sugar). Never use this pure essential oil without support or mixed with water.

-Externally: Dilute your Puressential Organic Juniper Essential Oil to 20% in a vegetable oil before any skin application (20% essential oil for 80% vegetable oil).

-Diffusion: Never diffuse pure Puressential Organic Juniper Essential Oil, always dilute it at 20% with other essential oils.

Consume Puressentiel Organic Juniper Essential Oil as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
