Instructions for use:
Adults, adolescents (15 years and older): Shake the roll-on well before use, then apply thinly and evenly to the sensitive area (back, neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, hips, knees, thighs, calves, ankles, feet…), 3 times per day. Massage until thoroughly absorbed into skin. The massage roll-on ball is ideal for self-massaging localized areas. Finish off with a manual massage if needed, if this is the case, wash your hands after use. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.
