Instructions for use:

Take 1 ampoule in the morning, at breakfast, preferably diluted in a glass of water or fruit juice (200 ml). It is possible to renew the use several times a year, especially at the change of season.
Shake the bulb before opening. Given the natural nature of the product, a slight deposit may appear but does not affect its quality in any way. Tap with your index finger each end of the bulb to weaken them. Using a paper towel, break the 1st end out of the glass to prevent debris from falling. Turn the bulb over and place the 1st end above the glass. Break the 2nd end, out of the glass, using a paper towel. Let the liquid drain. Add the equivalent of half a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
