CANCELLATION, RETURN AND REFUND

You may cancel your order, return or exchange the Product(s) you received within a maximum period of seven (7) calendar days from your receipt of an invoice/order confirmation email for your purchase of our Products and/or Services except in the following cases:

  • If you have used the Service and/or the Product before the expiration of the seven (7) days period
  • If the ordered Product and/or Service has been customized according to your request or specifications
  • If you have removed the original package or caused any defect, damage or change to the Product(s)

All returned and exchanged Products must be unused, in the original condition you received. If you have removed the original package or caused any defect, damage or change to the Product(s) them in and must not be altered or damaged in any way. Except when you have received a Product which is already defective or different from the specifications of the Product(s) you ordered, you will be charged for every return, refund, and/or exchange, a Processing Fee of 4 USD.

A. To process a cancellation (if you have not received the package):

  • Go to [My Account/Orders]
  • Click on Cancel Order
  • You will receive an order cancellation email confirming that your order has been cancelled
  • The amount you paid for the item(s) you wish to cancel shall be credited to your CITYPARA Account within 2 business days

B. To complete a return or exchange (if you have already received the package)

You may return or exchange the delivered item(s) for a Processing Fee of 4 USD for each return or exchange. The Processing Fee shall automatically be deducted from the amount to be credited to your CITYPARA Account. The steps for return or exchange are as follows

  • Send us an email request with your Order number and the item(s) you would like to return
  • You will receive an email confirming the return order request
  • You will be contacted by our delivery team to confirm the order pick up date and time
  • Package up your item(s) and the invoice you received
  • Upon our receipt of your returned package, we will inspect the same and make sure it has not been used, altered or damaged in any way
  • You will receive a return/exchange confirmation email stating whether or not your return/exchange has been approved depending on our inspection of the returned package
  • If the return of the item(s) has been approved, the price you paid for the returned item(s) will be credited to your CITYPARA Account within 2 business days with the Processing Fee deducted
  • If the return of the item(s) has been refused for any of the above stated reasons or others, then you may request for the returned package to be sent back to you with an additional charge of 4 USD that you will pay cash on delivery. Otherwise, such item(s) shall be deemed as relinquishes and subsequently be disposed of.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In some cases, you may simply abandon the package and refuse to pay customs duties (for international shipments only). In this case, the package may be held by customs, returned to the sender, or destroyed by customs. The cost of the duties and any fees incurred by the customs authorities will be deducted from your refund.

You take responsibility for ensuring that all imported items comply with your destination country’s import regulations. If the imported products require specific authorizations, you should have the necessary import licenses and permits.

We will only process cancellations, returns and exchanges made in accordance with our policy and process as set out above. Returned Products damaged in any way will not be processed and could be discarded at your risk. Please ensure you have read the notes above before you return any items.
