9 essential amino acids: L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Lysine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Isoleucine, L-Threonine, L-Methionine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan. This means that the human body does not know how to make them: it is therefore essential to obtain them from food.
11 natural vitamins from groups B, C, D and E and 6 Amino-chelated® minerals, better assimilated form than other forms of minerals. Among these nutrients, some:
